Arcwerks original association with the owner dates back to previously completed commercial retail projects. Based on an excellent working relationship, the owner asked Arcwerks to help revitalize an outdated residence built in 1981, updating its exterior and interior to reflect a modern, sophisticated design while preserving the original structure.

Working with the owner and general contractor, key updates included replacement of all interior finishes and the existing winding stairway; reconfiguration of the master bedroom and bathrooms throughout the residence; addition of a new fireplace and roof dormer to help define the entrance to the residence; replacement of windows, doors and roofing; new balcony flooring, patios and driveway surfaces; resurfacing of the pool and tennis court; new landscaping & irrigation, and a fresh coat of paint -- all combining to achieve an elegant interior and a reimagined exterior blending the home’s original design with modern style and comfort.
